Getting Ready for Delivery

It’s important to us that your delivery goes smoothly. To ensure that, taking careful measurements of your space ahead of time is essential. Remember to check that the furniture you ordered will fit through all doors, rooms, hallways, and elevators. On the day of delivery, please have open spaces ready, roll up skidding rugs, and keep your pets safely confined. Be sure there is an adult, 18 or older, on the premises at your delivery time. Kasala, and our shipping partners, are unable to facilitate the re-arrangement or removal of your existing furniture.

Furniture Delivery-Seattle Area/Washington State

Seattle Metro Full Service Delivery $199.00-flat fee

Our full-service delivery includes free set up of ready-to-assemble pieces, installation of hardware and assembly of beds, media cabinets, dining tables, and the like, plus a final on-site inspection of your new furniture and removal of all packing materials.

Available Friday - Sunday
The customer will get a text from us one day before the delivery date to schedule the two-hour delivery window. The delivery drivers will also give an advanced call when en route to the stop.

Outside of Seattle Metro Area, Full-Service Delivery is $299, $349 or $399 depending on zip code. Flat fee.

Furniture Delivery outside Washington State

Furniture and large-item shipping

Curbside freight delivery – Within 2 business days of placing your order, your shipment is prepared, and the freight carrier is notified. The carrier will deliver your items on a pallet to your curbside within 3-10 business days. They do not bring the pallet to the driveway or onto the property. The customer is responsible for getting items into the home and disposing of pallets and packaging.

Upon delivery, please be sure to inspect carefully before signing the delivery paperwork. If there is damage, notate the issue when signing.

If you discover any damage upon opening the product, please contact Kasala within 5 days of delivery.

The delivery fee is based on delivery zones. Green:$499 Yellow:$749 Blue:$899 Red: By Quote. All are flat fees.

Hawaii & Alaska freight delivery - Delivery fees are based on product(s) purchased. Once you have determined what you would like to purchase, please contact your salesperson for a freight quote. We are only able to offer curbside delivery at this time.

Non-Furniture Shipping

Most non-furniture items are shipped via UPS.

UPS STANDARD DELIVERY— Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Price dependent on weight and size of item(s).

UPS 3 DAY SELECT DELIVERY— Your order should arrive within three business days after leaving our warehouse. Price dependent on weight and size of item(s).

You will receive tracking information from our warehouse team once your purchase has shipped.
