KASALA TRADE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Kasala reserves the right to make all Trade Program membership determinations at its sole discretion.
Upon acceptance to the Trade Program, members shall receive the following:

• Interior designers, home stagers, builders and architects earn 10% cash back on all purchases at Kasala Stores and Kasala Outlets.
• Payment will be made 60 days post-delivery of goods via check. All checks will be issued on the 10 th day of the appropriate month
and mailed to the address on the Trade Program Account.
• Payment will be based on all goods pre-tax price and excludes delivery and shipping charges.
• Cash back is based on all completed sales less any returns issued within the Kasala return policy.
• Payment will be made upon account reaching a minimum balance of $100.
• Cannot be combined with military or $12,500 volume discount.
• Special Orders are final and require a 50% deposit for placement with the balance due immediately upon arrival into our warehouse.

To review our privacy policy, please visit kasala.com. Kasala reserves the right to terminate the Trade Program or any membership at any time, without notice. Kasala may also alter or cancel the program or change these Terms & Conditions from time to time, without notice. Kasala will post changes to the Trade Program at kasala.com/trade. Any changed Terms &Conditions become effective immediately upon being posted, and your continued use of your membership constitutes your agreement to the then-current Terms & Conditions.

The Trade Program applicant agrees to these Terms & Conditions and attests that they are not affiliated with Kasala, and nothing herein shall be construed to create in any manner whatsoever any employer-employee, principal-agent, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Kasala and a Trade Program member or any of a member’s agents, subcontractors, or employees. By participating in this program, members will make necessary disclosures, if any, to their clients and/or brokers.
